BroTalk LIVE may collect information you choose to provide through this site, including your mobile phone number and your SMS consent choice. If you enroll in text reminders, we may also receive message-related responses such as STOP or HELP so we can honor your request.
How We Use It
We use your information to operate BroTalk LIVE communications that you request, including sending show reminders, confirming an SMS enrollment, processing opt-out and help requests, maintaining consent records, and meeting legal or carrier requirements.
Questions and Submissions
If you submit a question through the BroTalk LIVE questions page, we collect the name, email address, and question text you choose to provide so the team can review and respond to it. The form is processed by FormSubmit to deliver the submission to questions@brotalklive.com. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days as described in its service documentation.
SMS Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us deliver the service, including Twilio as our SMS messaging provider, or when disclosure is required by law.
Your Choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@brotalklive.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to visit the site or watch BroTalk LIVE elsewhere.
Retention & Security
We retain contact and consent information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested communications, maintain suppression records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
