These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the BroTalk LIVE show-reminder messaging program. By entering your mobile number, checking the separate consent box, and submitting the form, you expressly agree to receive recurring text messages from BroTalk LIVE at the number you provided.
Message Frequency & Cost
You may receive up to one BroTalk LIVE show reminder per week, along with an enrollment confirmation or other necessary service response. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages may vary if you request help or if the program changes.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to stop receiving BroTalk LIVE text reminders. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email info@brotalklive.com. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Eligibility & Delivery
You must have a compatible mobile device and an account with a participating wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end the program at any time, including when required by law, carrier rules, or service availability.
Privacy
Your SMS information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
